There are several species of creatures in my world that are believed to be from the far reaches of space. [He's learned to just say "creatures" now when referring to Pokemon, because he cannot deal with anymore "what is a Pokemon" questions right now.] And I am quite sure that if scientists achieved space travel and methods of reaching into other worlds, we would know about it.
